Welcome to Love, Lisa Handmade Knits!

Here you’ll find the yarn you need for your machine and hand knitting, as well as crocheting, needs - all in one place! We sell yarn on cones useful for both hand crafting and machine knitting.

From cotton, to acrylic, to fine wools and blends of everything in-between, you’ll be able to find what you need. Our fancy collection is completely machine knittable, and of course, is great for hand-embellishing your handmade knitted and crocheted items.

As often as I can, I’ve included a brief description of how the yarn knits up on a machine, and how I personally washed or dried my swatches. If you ever have any questions, just send me an email!

Contests!

I’m looking forward to announcing several contests in the new year, so all you designers out there, brush up your pattern-making skills! I think a new book of patterns - using Yeoman Yarns, of course - is just what our crafty community needs, don’t you??

Previous contests and winners:

Pacifically Passap, Portland, OR - 1st place: Bernice Giesler - $500 worth of yarn; 2nd place: Helein Hitchcock - $300 worth of yarn; 3rd place: Nadine VanDyk - $200 worth of yarn! Congratulations!!

Seminars and Teaching

Love, Lisa is proud to support crafty people. It’s so important for us to learn new things about our favorite crafts - not only for our minds, but for the preservation of the crafts we love! If you need help with your seminar, please let me know - I’m available for beginning level machine knitting classes.
